Call to Prayer is a unique combination of several cultural traditions. The introduction combines bird sounds with church bells, a harmonium, and women chanting. This ends with the Call To Prayer "Allah Aqba!" a muslim practice done six times a day to begin the prayer process. Then you hear the dijiridu and drumming (the oldest instruments on the planet) followed by the OM Circle (made popular in the Sixties in the U.S. and practiced for thousands of years in many cultures throughout the world). The song then builds into a soulful vocal improvisation ending in a simultaneous hush.
