Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, we apologize. Please return it right away (within 14 days of shipment date) and we will send you a replacement at no additional charges. Please read on for the rest of the conditions:
Incorrect item exchanges will only be accepted if we receive the item within 14 days of the shipping date; and the item must be unopened, no seals broken, and in it’s original packaging.
Defective item exchanges will only be accepted if we receive the item within 14 days of the shipping date; and the item is returned with all of its original packaging and contents.
Once your item is received, we will process your exchange within 7 days. You will receive an e-mail detailing your exchange transaction.
